As a mom to two ADHD boys, I felt lost at the beginning and didn't know how to help them or interact with them without fighting. I felt that ADHD diagnosis affects our entire family dynamic. I needed tools to help me to help them to be more successful and to understand them better. We still have tough days sometimes, but with the right tools and psychoeducation, we face these days together as a team.
